1. Service provider

Pandey Tours & Travels provides local and outstation taxi, cab, Tempo Traveller, vehicle rental and tour coordination services from Ayodhya. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Pandey Tours & Travels.

2. Quotations and bookings

• Website content and initial enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking.
• A booking is confirmed only after we accept the request, confirm availability and communicate any required advance payment.
• You must provide accurate passenger, date, route, pickup, luggage and contact details.
• Vehicle images are representative. Model, colour or registration may vary according to availability, while the confirmed vehicle category will be maintained where reasonably possible.

3. Pricing and payment

Quoted prices are based on the agreed route, duration, vehicle, passenger requirements and inclusions communicated at booking. Unless specifically included, tolls, parking, state taxes, permits, driver allowance, accommodation, meals, attraction tickets and additional kilometres or hours may be charged separately.

Any required advance, payment schedule and accepted payment method will be shared during confirmation. Customers should retain payment records.

4. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Change and cancellation terms may vary by vehicle, route, season and notice period. Any applicable cancellation deduction will be explained during booking. Refunds, when approved, are processed after deducting applicable committed costs or cancellation charges.

If we must cancel due to vehicle unavailability or an operational issue, we will reasonably attempt to provide an alternative or return the amount received for the unavailable service. We are not responsible for unrelated consequential costs.

5. Travel conditions and customer responsibilities

• Passengers should be ready at the agreed pickup time and follow reasonable safety instructions.
• Illegal items, unsafe conduct, smoking where prohibited, harassment and damage to the vehicle are not permitted.
• Customers are responsible for personal belongings, valid identification, permits and travel documents.
• Children and passengers needing assistance should travel with an appropriate responsible adult.
• Additional cleaning or damage caused by passengers may be chargeable.

6. Delays and itinerary changes

Travel time is an estimate. Traffic, weather, road closures, religious events, government restrictions, mechanical issues and other conditions outside reasonable control may cause delays or route changes. Drivers must follow safety, traffic and legal requirements even when this affects the schedule.

7. Hotels, attractions and third parties

Where we assist with hotels, guides, tickets or other third-party services, those providers may apply separate terms. Unless clearly stated otherwise, we act only as a coordinator and are not responsible for independent third-party acts, omissions or service quality.

8. Liability

We will use reasonable care in providing confirmed services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Website information and intellectual property

We aim to keep website information accurate, but routes, availability, pricing and inclusions may change. Website text, branding and original design materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

10. Privacy

Use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will be handled by courts with jurisdiction in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
